The Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) announced the newest members to its steering committee. The new members are, Roy Pelletier, Emily Lowe, Sylvain Seguin, Shannon Tardiff, Brandi Brydges, Mike Beier and Steve Gallace. Rich Zamperin will join in the role of special advisor and Matthew Mauro as young leader.

Steering committee members serve a two-year term.
About the CCIF Steering Committee
The steering committee is responsible for guiding the establishment of areas of priority for CCIF and to ensure that its events, programs and projects continue to be a success.
With the goal of representing the entire collision industry, members of the committee are chosen from different sectors:
- collision repairers
- Original equipment (OE) manufacturers and dealers
- insurers
- suppliers (products and service providers)
Meet the new steering committee members
Matthew Mauro – Young leader
Matthew started his auto industry career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, managing various locations across southwestern Ontario. In 2019 he joined Discount Car & Truck Rentals before moving to Driven Brands in March of 2021. He is currently national accounts manager of insurance partnership with CARSTAR Canada.
Matthew is excited to join the CCIF steering committee where he can have a positive impact on the long-term sustainability of the collision industry, with a strong focus on educating the next generation of professionals.
Shannon Tardiff – Collision repairer
Shannon Tardiff is the director of field operations for CSN Collision Centres. She began her automotive career behind the parts counter before completing her automotive service technician apprenticeship and working on the shop floor as a 310S technician. Shannon moved to the collision repair industry in 2012.
Today Shannon and her team help the CSN licensees maximize their growth and performance.
Rich Zamperin – Special advisor
Throughout his 40-year career with a major Canadian insurer, Rich has worked in collaboration with the collision repair industry. He retired from his role as VP of claims in 2021 and has since opened a consulting business geared towards supporting insurers and the collision repair world.
Rich has been involved with CCIF since its inception and has served on the advisory committee in the past.
Mike Beier – OE dealer
Mike is a third-generation automotive professional with over 15 years of collision industry experience. He is currently general manager of Consolidated Collision Services (CSS) and a member of the Consolidated Dealers Co-operative’s executive team.
Mike holds a Bachelor of commerce and brings an enthusiasm for strategic planning and a passion for anything automotive. He brings a fresh perspective to the challenges and opportunities ahead.
Brandi Brydges – OE dealer
Brandi has 17 years’ experience in the collision industry. Her passion for the collision sector started as a co-op student in high school. She returned to the industry after completing her studies in business administration.
Brandi joined AutoCanada in 2020 as a regional manager, overseeing the public insurance provinces. In 2021, Brandi was appointed to build the collision integration framework as a part of the acquisition and integration team, where she is responsible for leading the transition of collision centre acquisitions across Canada.
Sylvain Seguin – Collision repairer
